One Roof had been using a different way to send out a newsletter. But with Substack’s greater interface and capabilities to add audio and video and link to thought pieces this seemed like a logical transition. If you enjoy it, please share with others you think may enjoy updates on One Roof services and commentary on the housing market!

Give to The Max

Sen. Tina Smith Tours Brewery Creek
Back in October One Roof hosted Sen. Tina Smith for a tour of Brewery Creek with all of its partners to make the project happen. Partner organizations in attendance were, Fond du Lac Band, Lifehouse, Essentia Health, HDC, the City of Duluth, Duluth HRA and Duluth LISC. This was the first time in One Roof history that a sitting United States Senator has toured a One Roof project!
